My background is in-house, not agency-side advice. I started at a growth agency in Latin America, then spent years at Xepelin, a B2B fintech, where I owned the systems connecting outbound, CRM, and sales handoffs — not just building them, but keeping them working. For the past two years I've been doing that same work through Venture Squad.
